Sponsorships/Donation of Services

The SnapHappy Photographer LOVES to give back and support community but limits the number of unpaid projects to agencies we have not yet worked with. To be considered, please email Kim about your event and share how professional images would benefit your organization.

We’re happy to answer any questions you may have before we get started. Here are a few of our most commonly asked questions about Events photography.

Can you photograph my wedding?

No. I will happily direct you to a wedding specialist to ensure your special day is photographed perfectly!

I occasionally work with dedicated wedding photographers who have hired me to photograph as a “second shooter” but do not book weddings directly.

What do you need to prepare for the event?

This varies by event. I will make sure to discuss this with you long before your event date to ensure any details such as event access, necessary accreditation or shot lists are in place.

Can we extend the time if the event is running late?

Yes. The additional time will be added to the invoice as per the quoted hourly rate provided I don't have any other booked engagements that would interfere.

How soon before the event do you arrive?

Unless specified otherwise, I will arrive between 15-30 minutes ahead of the event timeline to prepare my equipment. I will often scout locations I have not been to days or even weeks ahead of an event to ensure that I am fully prepared.
